These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wallet mobile application ("Service") operated by Wallet - Manage cards & pay ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Wallet application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Wallet is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Securely store and manage credit card information
- Access card details quickly and conveniently
- Customize their wallet experience with themes and settings
- Backup data to secure cloud storage
- Enjoy an ad-minimal experience
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use any automated means to access the Service without our permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Store or attempt to store illegal or prohibited content
5. Data and Privacy
5.1 Data Storage
We take the security of your data seriously. All card information is encrypted and stored securely. However, you acknowledge that:
- No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure
- We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data
- You use the Service at your own risk
5.2 Data Backup
While we provide cloud backup services, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any data loss.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wallet and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. Payment and Billing
7.1 Free Service
Basic features of the Wallet application are provided free of charge.
7.2 Premium Features
Certain advanced features may require a subscription or one-time payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will notify users of any price changes with reasonable notice.
7.4 Refunds
Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s refund policy. Automatic refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds cannot be processed through Google Play. We do not offer manual refunds for requests made after the 48-hour window, except where required by applicable law.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app.
8.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data.
9. Disclaimers
Important Notice
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wallet, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wallet and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Wallet with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
